No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the date of the purchase as indicated on the sales receipt unless otherwise specified.
All returns or exchanges must meet all the following conditions:
- The original sales receipt must be provided.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition.
- Returns must be made at the originating purchase location.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment indicated on the sales receipt.
Additional Exclusions:
- All tinted, custom color and custom mixed product sales are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Special orders are final unless otherwise specified.
- Stock wallpaper sales are final.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Atelier Return Policy
- All items must be returned within 25 days of the date the manufacturer ships your order.
- All cancellations and refunds must be requested via email and may only be processed by the design consultant.
- All wallcovering returns must be unopened to qualify.
- Cancellations are not available if the order has already shipped.
- European wallcovering, molding, commercial wallcovering, fabric, trimming, custom drapery, shutters, blinds and samples are non-refundable.
- A 30% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will apply to all returns.
- Wallpaper not picked up within 60 days will be discarded.
