Returns Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The original sales receipt must be provided.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be made at the store location where the purchase was originally made.
Please note:
- Custom color products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All sales of tinted or custom-mixed paint are final.
- Special orders and bulk/contractor quantities may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns that meet the above conditions will be refunded to the original form of payment.
